Getting Started

Create your workspace, set up the essentials, and get your team working from day one.

Stackcess is a product content platform for supplement and consumer goods brands. Your workspace is where your team manages product data, digital assets, localised content, and partner sharing — all in one place.

This guide walks you through setting up your workspace for the first time. A clean setup now prevents rework later, so it's worth taking 10–15 minutes to get the foundations right before inviting your team.

Step 1: Create your workspace

When you first sign up, a short onboarding form guides you through setup. You'll choose a workspace name and URL, select your industry, business type, team size, and primary market. Your workspace is created as soon as you confirm.

Step 2: Complete your profile

Your name and avatar appear in activity logs, invite emails, and across the app. Make sure your profile shows the right information before you invite others.

Step 3: Set up your organisation details

Go to Settings > Organisation to upload your logo and fill in your organisation profile. This branding appears across your workspace and in any content shared with partners.

Step 4: Build your product structure

Before your team starts adding products, you need at least one product model and a set of attribute groups in place. Think of this as defining the shape of your product records — what fields exist, what's required, and how content is organised. See the Settings guides below for a step-by-step walkthrough.

Step 5: Add channels and destinations (if needed)

If you publish to more than one sales channel or regional market, set up your channels and destinations in Settings before your team starts creating content. This ensures scope controls work correctly from the start.

Step 6: Invite your team

Once your workspace and product structure are in place, go to Settings > Team to send invitations with the right roles and permissions.
