Understanding Your Plan and Usage
Check your current plan, monitor usage against your limits, and manage billing from one place.
The Billing page gives you a clear view of your current plan, what is included, and how much of your allowance you have used.
Your current plan
At the top of the page you will see your active plan name, billing status, and the current billing period. If your payment is up to date, the status shows as active.
Usage meters
The usage section shows how much of each plan limit you have used:
- Active SKUs — the number of active product records in your workspace
- Storage — total file storage used by your Asset Library, shown in GB
- Internal users — how many team members (not partners) have access
- Partner invites — the number of partner organisations connected to your workspace
- Translated characters — the volume of AI-assisted translation used in the current billing period
If you are approaching a limit, the meter shows a warning indicator. Contact us if you need to discuss your plan options.
Changing your plan
Plan options are shown below the usage section. Each plan card summarises what is included. To upgrade, click the option that fits your needs — you will be taken to the billing portal to complete the change.
To manage your existing plan — update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel — click Manage plan to open the billing portal directly.
