Using the Notification Center

Stay on top of shared content, partner updates, and workspace events without checking each section manually.

The Notification Center keeps you up to date on activity across your workspace without having to check each area of the app manually.

What triggers a notification

Notifications are created automatically when:

  • A brand shares new assets or products with your workspace
  • A partner update is published or a reminder is sent
  • Your access level or share grant changes
  • An update requires your acknowledgement or action

How to view notifications

Click the bell icon in the left rail to open the Notification Center. Each notification links directly to the relevant screen — click it to go straight there.

If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the workspace filter at the top to narrow the list to one brand or workspace at a time.

Clearing notifications

Use Mark all as read to clear unread indicators for the current filter. Notifications stay in the list after being marked as read — they don't disappear, so you can always refer back to them.
