Viewing Brand Content as a Partner

Understand how shared brand content appears in a partner workspace and how to navigate between connected brands.

If you are a partner organisation — a retailer, distributor, or agency — this guide explains how content from connected brands appears in your Stackcess workspace.

Accessing shared content

When a brand shares content with you, it appears in your workspace automatically. Use the navigation to find:

  • Assets — files the brand has shared, such as product images and documents
  • Products — product records from the brand's catalogue
  • Updates — messages and announcements from the brand

Switching between brands

If you are connected to more than one brand, you can view content from all of them together or switch to a single brand. Use the view selector to choose between all brands (a combined feed) or a specific brand to focus on one at a time.

What you can and cannot edit

Shared brand content is read-only by default — you can view and download it, but you cannot change the source records. This protects the brand's product data.

If a brand has granted you edit access to specific sets, those records will be editable for you within those sets. Content you own in your own workspace is always editable based on your role.

Your partner home

The dashboard in your partner workspace shows updates requiring your attention (sorted by urgency), recently shared assets and products, and your acknowledgement progress on open updates. Check your partner home regularly to stay on top of new content and anything that needs a response from you.
