The Products page is your central view of all products in your workspace — including parent products, variants, and their current content status.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar to find products by name, SKU, SCIN, or barcode. Filter the list by:

• Status — draft, active, archived, and others
• Product model — to view only products of a specific type
• Scope coverage — to find products missing content for a particular market or channel

Parent products and variants

Products with variants appear as expandable rows. Click the arrow on a parent product to see its variants inline. There's also a view all variants option that opens the full variant section for that product.

Adding a new product

Click New product to open the creation form. You'll enter:

• Product name (required)
• SKU (optional at this stage)
• Product model — determines what fields and variant behaviour apply
• Status — for example, draft or active
• Authoring scope — the market and channel this product is initially being created for

Once created, you'll be taken directly to the product detail editor to fill in content.

Bulk actions

Select multiple products using the checkboxes to add them to a product set (for sharing with partners) or to update their authoring scope across all selected records at once.
